ABOUT THE CAP
Situated in Goldsboro, NC, CAP is a mutli-sport complex with a strong focus on baseball and softball. The CAP boasts 6 fields, 3 of which are turfed offering play in rain or shine. We have a cafe with press box and meeting rooms above. In addition, The CAP has a 15,000 sq foot training facility with cages and 2 gyms. We offer membership for one or both.

The CAP offers fields to host all sorts of activities. Travel baseball, team training, adult leagues, rec ball, legion ball, and more.
ATHLETIC TRAINING
15,000 sq ft of gym space for all sorts of athletic training. Rent cages as an individual or team. We have a full-service gym offering a membership as well.
